1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glow's influencer marketing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including businesses seeking influencer partnerships and influencers providing content creation services.

2. Platform Description

Glow is an influencer marketing platform that connects beauty brands with verified content creators across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Our platform operates on a pay-per-view model where businesses only pay for actual content engagement.

We facilitate campaign creation, influencer collaboration, content approval, and payment processing through our platform.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
  • Businesses must have valid registration and authorization to conduct business
  • Influencers must own or have authorization to use connected social media accounts
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

4. User Responsibilities

For Businesses:

  • Provide accurate campaign briefs and requirements
  • Respect intellectual property rights and brand guidelines
  • Pay for campaigns according to agreed terms and pricing
  • Provide timely feedback on content submissions
  • Comply with advertising standards and disclosure requirements

For Influencers:

  • Create authentic, high-quality content that meets campaign requirements
  • Comply with FTC guidelines and platform-specific disclosure requirements
  • Maintain connected social media accounts in good standing
  • Provide accurate analytics and engagement data
  • Deliver content within agreed timeframes
  • Only post content on accounts you own or have authorization to use

5. Payment Terms

Our platform operates on a Cost Per Mille (CPM) pricing model, typically ranging from €15-30 per thousand views. Payment terms include:

  • Businesses set CPM rates for their campaigns
  • Payment is based on verified views through official platform APIs
  • Maximum spend per influencer is capped at 60% of total campaign budget
  • Payments are processed through Stripe for security
  • Refunds may be available for campaigns not meeting agreed terms

All payments are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Detailed billing information is available in your account dashboard.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Content created through our platform remains the intellectual property of the creator, subject to licensing agreements established in individual campaigns.

  • Influencers retain ownership of their original content
  • Businesses receive usage rights as specified in campaign agreements
  • All content must comply with platform guidelines and applicable laws
  • Users are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted materials

Glow reserves the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines or these terms of service.

7. Platform Availability and Modifications

While we strive to maintain consistent platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue platform features with reasonable notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access
  • Update these terms of service as needed
  • Suspend accounts that violate our terms or community guidelines

Users will be notified of significant changes through email or platform notifications.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Creating fake accounts or using automated tools to inflate metrics
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Attempting to manipulate or circumvent our payment systems
  • Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Spamming or harassment of other users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Glow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Copenhagen, Denmark, under Danish law.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments will be processed according to platform terms
  • Active campaigns may continue until completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Account data will be retained as specified in our Privacy Policy
  • Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
